Is the oud real?
Each product page says exactly what it contains: genuine agarwood (oud) oil, an oud accord, or a blend of the two. We never blur the difference.
Are your products alcohol-free?
Yes. Our hair oil and serum contain no alcohol.
Can I use them under a hijab or scarf?
Yes. The formulas are light and non-greasy, designed to be worn under a scarf all day.
How long does a bottle last?
With daily use, a 50 ml bottle of oil usually lasts about 6 to 10 weeks.
What's the difference between the oil and the serum?
The oil is richer, for nourishing dry ends and lengths. The serum is lighter, for daily smoothing, frizz control and shine, with a softer scent.

In Muscat, Oman.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £40. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Can I return an item?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened products unless they are faulty. See our refund policy for details.
I have sensitive skin. Is it safe for me?
